At Lockerbie Dental, we pride ourselves on our excellent patient care. If however, you are not happy with our service, please follow our complaints procedure:

Complaining about NHS Dental Treatment

If you wish to make a complaint about the NHS care or service provided by any of our dentists, please contact a member of our team on 01576 204724 who will forward your complaint to our Practice Manager, Lynsey Henderson (lynsey.henderson@nhs.net ).  We endeavor to deal with any complaint efficiently and confidentially.

If you are not happy with the outcome of your complaint and it is not resolved to your satisfaction, contact:

Complaining about Private Dental Treatment

If you wish to make a complaint about our Private dental services, please contact a member of our team who will forward your complaint to our Practice Manager, Lynsey Henderson (lynseyhenderson@lockerbiedental.com). We endeavor to deal with any complaint efficiently and confidentially.

If you’re not happy with the way your dental practice deals with your complaint and it is not resolved to your satisfaction, contact Dental Complaints Service (www.dentalcomplaints.org.uk)

This service is funded by the General Dental Council (www.gdc-uk.org), which sets out standards of conduct for and regulates all dental professionals in the UK.
